Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following products were found in the facility from unapproved sources:
-Numerous products supplied from "Nu Sugbachon" were found in the facility. Operator had multiple invoices with a hand written company name - did not provide any other contact information on the label. Products either did not have a label or the label did not provide contact information.
-Fish Skin Crispy Pangasius Skin (140g) - 3 bags
-Jeprox Crispy Sole Fish (85g) - 1 bag
-Spicy Chix Charon Crispy Chicken Skin (200g) - 7 bags
-Unlabelled Chix Charon (no weight) - 16 bags
-Skinless Peanuts Adobo (350g) - 3 containers

-Primex Coco Products, Inc - Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Label did not have a contact number and operator unable to provide an invoice. Facility has 12 * 500mL containers
-Maricar's Speciality Hot Chili Garlic Oil Sauce - product only had a phone number for the business, no other contact information. Facility had 6 jars, no weight.
-10 bags of dried frozen cat fish stored in ziplock bags. Bags ranged from 100g to 150g. No contact information
Corrective Action(s): Facility cannot sell foods from unapproved food sources.Operator was able to contact the supplier for Nu Sugbachon, who stated they operate from Grandt Kitchen and are in the process of applying for approvals. Foods from approved sources are inspected to verify the safety of the products. Unapproved food items were removed from the shelving areas at the time of inspection.
