Observation: Prep cooler located in front of the stove area is not working. No food is stored in the cooler. Staff explain that the technician came in and has ordered a part. Once the part comes in, they will install it.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure no food is stored in this cooler until it is able to hold food items at 4C or less.

-Paper towel dispenser has been relocated. All handwash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-All equipment are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
-Prep cooler is not holding any food items, and will not hold food items until it is repaired.
