Follow-up inspection conducted due to outstanding issues. Refer to report #ATHI-CDFT3S for details. -Paper towel dispenser has been relocated. All handwash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. -All equipment are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. -Prep cooler is not holding any food items, and will not hold food items until it is repaired.
