Summary of Inspection:
During today’s inspection, 6 children, 3 staff and the facility licensee were present.
At this inspection licensing reviewed the contraventions identified in on November 16th, 2023.
All items identified in inspection # were reviewed by licensing, and have been addressed apart of CCLR 13(1). At today's inspection licensing observed the storage of items in the bathroom, the change table had multiple cloths hanging next to the change pad for use after changing diapers. One-use towels were not available at the bathroom sink for children to wash hands with. In the nap space, the exit door had no system in place at the time of the inspection to prevent children from exiting the space into the parking lot. There was a door handle lock placed during the inspection as a short term plan until it can be addressed long term.

A care plan was completed for one child and was discussed.\
Licensing discussed systems in place for hygiene and communicable disease prevention. Licensee will provide a plan for maintaining in this area.
