Follow up to report MBEK-CXNTYD.
All hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in functional dispensers.
Front hand washing station appears to be draining effectively at time of inspection. Back hand washing station handle tightened.
Staff were following proper hand washing practices.
Chicken wings are pre-cooked from supplier. Reheating practices have been modified to ensure an internal food temperature of at least 74 degrees C is achieved. Probe thermometer available for temperature checks.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
Three compartment sink set up for manual warewashing. Drain stoppers functional. Bleach water sanitizer available in third compartment at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips available.
Posters for manual warewashing and hand washing provided.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. At least one staff member with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certification on site (ceritifcate valid to November 22, 2027).
Some small flies are still present; however, it was stated that measures are in place to reduce fly population. Frequency of cleaning and sanitizing increased, drains covered at end of day. Continue to monitor fly population and take additional measures as necessary.
