Routine inspection: Tea/ coffee is sold here in disposable cups. Two compartment sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach available onsite. Ensure that it is mixed to 1 tsp per liter for sanitizing food contact surfaces. No evidence of pests, traps in place. General sanitation was satisfactory. Note: The small commercial dishwasher will be removed. It is currently not required, since only drinks are served in disposable cups. Note that re-usable utensils/ cups will not be allowed without a commercial dishwasher.
