Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both sanitizer spray bottles were unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to identify contents to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Spray bottles were labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure chemicals are labelled/relabelled as needed.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 06, 2020.
-Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff have reviewed proper hand hygiene practices.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Hot holding units were greater than 60C.
-Backdoor was closed at the time of inspection.
-Facility has completed and posted the COVID-19 safety plan. Ensure the plan is also posted in a place where the public can view the plan upon request.
-Facility may begin to offer dine-in services next week. Ensure the conditions of the Provincial Health Officer's Order are followed.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
