Routine inspection

This facility is used as per needed bases. Operators are to apply for Fraser Health operating approval/ permit.

- Hand washing station fully supplied and in good working condition.
- Coolers measured at or below 4 degree C. Ensure independent thermometers provided in each unit.
- Freezer temperature measured at or below -18 Degree C.
- General sanitation is overall good.
- Bleach/sanitizer available and spray bottles labeled.
- lighting noted adequate.
- Hood above the range noted clean.
- Food handling items noted stored properly. Ensure to re- wash and re-sanitize food contact surfaces after a long period of No-use.
- 3- Comp sink maintained.

Limited number of ants noted on the floor. Remedy discussed. Recommended to seal the gap around the door frame and concrete wall so that potential pest entry is blocked. Also, Recommended to use Ant Out traps or contact pest control company if the issue continues.
