Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CSWY-C263BW of Apr-16-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: No soap at hand sink in back room prep area by three-compartment sink. Soap dispenser observed empty and staff indicated it is not functioning. Hand sink observed obstructed by plastic wheel cart. Staff using the front hand sink to wash their hands. Correction: Cart was removed. Repair soap dispenser and have soap available by all hand sinks to allow staff to wash their hands. Date to be completed by: immediately.

Effective immediately. - Develop a Covid-19 cleaning/disinfection log for staff to follow and complete and keep on file for 30 days. Effective immediately.
