Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: No soap at hand sink in back room prep area by three-compartment sink. Soap dispenser observed empty and staff indicated it is not functioning. Hand sink observed obstructed by plastic wheel cart. Staff using the front hand sink to wash their hands.
Correction: Cart was removed. Repair soap dispenser and have soap available by all hand sinks to allow staff to wash their hands. Date to be completed by: immediately.

- Dust on ceiling and vents has been removed
- Hand soap and paper towel by hand sink in prep area
- Staff items observed stored seperate from food items

Corrections Needed:
- Two WorkSafeBC templates dropped off for premises. Complete your Covid-19 Safety Plan that meets the requirements of WorkSafeBC and Provincial Health Orders. To be completed by April 23, 2021.
- A written record of all staff health checks should be kept for at least 30 days. Effective immediately.
- Develop a Covid-19 cleaning/disinfection log for staff to follow and complete and keep on file for 30 days. Effective immediately.
