Prep. coolers across stove between 2.8 C to 3.8 C.
Walk in cooler at 3.6 C.
Walk in freezer (inside the walk in cooler) - satisfactory.
Beverage cooler at 3.2 C.
Hot holding (counter top hot holding unit) at 60 C.
Ice-machine - satisfactory; Ice-scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Low temp. dishwasher achieved 100 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle/wash cycle temperature 60.1 C.
Storage is acceptable but bit messy (more effort, please, to organize storage).
Fan hood - satisfactory.
Staff washroom supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot/cold running water.
