Observation: Dishes are being stacked and done at the end of day.
Pebbles of concrete around dishwashing area, food residue behind dishwashing area, food residue on sides of garbage are attracting flies.
Corrective Action(s): Dishes with food debris, residue and sauces can be done not just at end of day, to reduce attraction of flies.
Clean, sanitize and seal all areas around dishwashing area to ensure surfaces are easily cleanable.
Clean and sanitize sides of garbage cans to ensure food residue does not attract flies.
