Not in operation at time of inspection Please note the following items to be addressed prior to opening for the season: - ensure an approved sanitizer is on-site - (i.e. bleach) for sanitizing surfaces. Surface disinfectant & deodorizing spray observed on-site is not an appropriate sanitizer - ensure paper towel dispenser is equipped with paper towel - All cold holding units unplugged at time of inspection. Ensure all cold holding equipment maintains <4C for coolers and <-18C for freezers and all are equipped with accurate thermometers - probe thermometer available for probing food temperatures - ensure fly papers are removed from food prep areas - ensure one person on-site at all times has a valid foodsafe level 1 certificate Sinks equipped with hot/cold water Exhaust hood recently serviced No signs of pest activity at time of inspection Please contact inspector for initial inspection prior to season open.
