Facility is not in use at time of visit Staff indicated kitchen is only used once a year for special event 3-door stand up cooler: 4.0oC Chest cooler: -2.6oC Domestic cooler: 1.0oC Stand up freezer: -23oC Domestic freezer: -18oC Minimal food in cooler and freezer are for church members only Hot and cold running water are available Liquid handsoap and paper towel present at handwashing station General sanitation is satisfactory Dishwasher in not turned on - ensure at least 71oC (or 82oC at manifold) is reached after cycle Bleach sanitizer is present on-site Note: 1. Flies noted around kitchen. Clear out garbage more often. 2. Since operation has changed since Covid (no Montessori on-site, and no other groups renting kitchen), operator should re-consider the need to keep the facility file open. A temporary event application can be obtained for special event, as long as foods are purchased from approved source.
