Routine inspection of the food store:
-Walk-in-cooler containing pre-packaged potentially hazardous food (e.g. shell eggs, milk, creamers, butter, eggnog, cheese, and wieners) was at 4 degrees C or less.
-Other beverage coolers only contained non-potentially hazardous food drinks (e.g. pop bottles, water bottles, and gatorade bottles).
-Four freezers (containing pre-packaged frozen food, including pre-pacakged ice cream) were at -18 degrees C or less.
-One table in the back room is used to package candies into single-use bags.
-Designated handsink across from this table where candies are bagged was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
-Single-use bags were available.
-100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was setup in a spray bottle during the inspection. It was reviewed to clean and sanitize the table before and after each use when bagging candy.
-Disinfecting wipes were also available for general surface disinfection in the retail store.
-Handsink in the back washroom was properly supplied.
-Only pre-packaged food is sold in the retail store area. Food products were stored off the floor on clean shelving units, and appeared without any signs of damage.
