Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of the owner for report YLUU-CK7VCS. - No food debris or slime observed on drain trough and drain cover (both sides). Owner stated staff clean with brush scrubbing and sanitize the drain daily. - No food debris built up on the food processing table (top, legs and reverse side). Note: (1) Ensure to follow up with the cleaning procedure while cleaning the facility. (2) Good cleaning and sanitation help eliminate the odor.
