Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher was not dispensing any sanitizer during sanitizing rinse cycle. 0 ppm chlorine detected.
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated the sanitizer supply was just changed to a new bucket. Sanitizer line was primed at time of inspection, 100 ppm chlorine detcted after rinse cycle. Ensure to prime the sanitizer line every time a new supply bucket is switched in.

- No food preparation was being done at time of inspection
- Food storage practices satisfactory. *Ensure food and food related items such as jars of peanut butter, pots, etc. are not stored directly on the floor.

*Ensure walk-in cooler floors are cleaned on a regular basis and racks are pulled out such that hard to reach areas can be properly cleaned.
