- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm - Both three-compartment sinks were maintained in sanitary conditions. Only one is hooked up to a sanitizer dispensing unit - ensure to use this sink for manual warewashing. - General sanitation satisfactory - Coolers were measured to be at or below 4C - Freezer temperatures satisfactory - Live tanks maintained in sanitary condition; water temperature between 1C and 2C. Filters cleaned daily and changed regularly. - Shellfish tags available for review and held onsite for one year - Temperature records well maintained and up to date - No sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection
