Site visited for a routine inspection. Facility has no food stored on site. Equipment were turned off. As per the owner, facility is no longer in operation under Banshan BBQ and may change into a different business or be sold to another operator. Operator requested to have the file open until the change is made. OK. Ensure to contact the health inspector to notify of the change.
