Sanitizer (chlorine) for wiping cloths in buckets measured 100 ppm.
Sanitizer (quats) for ware washing was at 200 ppm.
Sanitizer (hydrogen peroxide) - 3500 ppm
Upright coolers/line coolers registered at or below 4 deg c.
Freezer was at -18 deg C.
Hot holding for egg/sausage was at or above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and well-maintained.
Manager on-site have valid Food Safe 1 certification.
