Follow up to report MBEK-CTQRBY. Leak at plumbing under three-compartment sink has been repaired. Food is protected from potential contamination. Scoops stored safely, no open cans of food product observed, potatoes stored off ground away from dishwashing area. Chlorine bleach water sanitizer available for use at 100 ppm (3-compartment sink and in container--wiping cloths to be stored in container of bleach water sanitizer when not in use). Holes/gaps sealed, with exception of small gap near electrical panel--to be sealed. No rodent droppings observed. Affected areas noted on previous report have been cleaned and sanitized. Premises serviced by pest control technician on July 17, 2023. Service report available for review. Large preparation cooler at 4 degrees C or less (upper compartment); however, lower compartment at 6 degrees C at time of inspection. No food storage at all in this cooler at time of inspection; adequate cooler space available on site. Ensure lower compartment can maintain food at 4 degrees C or less prior to use.
