No liquid soap available at hand washing station at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill liquid soap dispenser. Ensure hand washing station is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Several containers in one stand-up cooler and in the walk-in cooler were found to be double-stacked without a food-grade cover in between.
Corrective Action(s):
Place a food-grade cover/lid on all containers to prevent potential contamination.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation:
Pest droppings found underneath equipment and storage units/shelves (close to wall). Person in charge informed that a pest control representative had visited less than 15 days ago and that pest control inspections are bi-weekly.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Clean up all pest droppings and then sanitize surfaces. To be corrected by January 12, 2018.
2. Contact pest control to come in sooner for their second inspection of the month.
3. Submit copy of pest control report to health inspector via email.

Routine Inspection:
- All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- All freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in bucket = 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer solution - very good.
- All food items stored off the floor.

Note:
- Person in charge informed that facility will be moving to another location very soon.
