Comments

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Quat sanitizer in third compartment of sink measured 200 PPM residual. Liquid soap and paper towel are available at handsinks. Chicken is being maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
