Kitchen not in use at the time of inspection.
Operator has updated list of vendors using kitchen.
Vendors bring in their own food items and smaller equipment/utensils/dishes.
Vendors have designated shelves in coolers, freezers and dry storage.

Routine Inspection:
- All hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Walk-in freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- All food items protected from contamination:
All food items present in the facility stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Not much food product stored onsite at the time of inspection as vendors bring in their own ingredients during operation.
All equipment stored off the floor.
- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in all spray bottles for each kitchen = 200 ppm.
- QUAT sanitizer in one spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection.

Reminder: ensure all future vendors contact health department prior to commencing operation.
