-Handwash stations are supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot water
-Dishwasher maintaining 71.9C at the plate level

-Reminder to purchase waterproof thermometer with a min/max button to test dishwasher temperature daily
-Reminder to purchase sanitizer test strips for chlorine solutions to test daily
-Pest control reports available. Reminder to review contract with them as rodent droppings should be noted by pest control provider depending on the contract terms.
