- Coolers were all 4 C or colder - Freezers were all - 15 C or colder - Chlorine bleach is on site for manual washing. Remember wash, rinse, sanitize for 2 mins in 100-200 ppm chlorine - General sanitation is satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity noted during inspection. NOTE: all food products being sold must have proper labels. Contact supplier to advise spinach wraps and tortillas must be in proper packaging. NOTE: if wish to add ready to eat samosas in future contact health department for approval prior to adding.
