Corrective Action(s): Operator to obtain PREempt CS20 and submit email with photo to EHO. Facility will be closed until January 28, 2019. Follow-up inspection to be conducted after that time. Routine inspection: -handsinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and re-usable hand towels -PREempt concentrate on site as intermediate level disinfectant -bags used to separate buffers, files, toe separators for repeat customers -latex gloves on site, when customers are allergic, no gloves are used - nitrile gloves can also be purchased as an alternative *discussed only using metal foot files with single use sticker sand paper strips, wooden foot files to be removed from facility
