Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths were found lying on the countertops at the time of inspection. Wiping cloths, when moist,are breeding grounds for bacteria. Sanitizer will remove bacteria from wiping cloths.

Corrective Action: Place the wiping cloths inside a bucket containing sanitizer solution when not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee was observed washing her hands inside a bucket containing dirty water, then drying her hands on a wiping cloth.

Corrective Action: Ensure hands are properly washed at the handsink using warm running water and liquid soap to remove bacteria. Dry hands using single use paper towels. The employee immediately washed her hands when instructed to do so

Observation: Food debris and food stains were observed under equipment on the floors along walls.

Corrective Action: Remove all food debris is kept in sanitary condition. Clean floor mats daily to remove food debris.

Handsinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot running water, paper towels and liquid soap.
- No food is stored inside employee washrooms
- Freezer temperature is -19C
- All coolers are 4C or below
- No signs of pest activity observed
- Cleaning agents are stored separately from food products
- Employee on duty is FOODSAFE Level 1 certified
- Concentration of bleach solution inside bucket is 200ppm
Note: Remove cardboard on floor as cardboard can absorb moisture and cannot be cleaned
- Do not store perishable foods in the facility such as as raw fish, udon, and pork egg rolls. These were not approved for use in the Food Safety Plan
Follow-up inspection will be conducted on April 25, 2019 to verify complience.
