Observation: 1. Seals on freezer are not in good working condition,being held in place with duct tape
2. Cutting boards are still heavily worn and discolored

Observation: 1. Hand sink in the back has a broken hot water tap, difficult to get water to turn on and off.
2. Hand sink in the front sushi area has a diminished water flow out of the hot water
Correction: 1. Repair tap, so hot water can be easily turned on and off.
2. Ensure there is adequate hot water coming out of all hot water taps.
