Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed worker re-use disposable gloves and not wash hands inbetween
Corrective Action(s): Do not re-use disposable gloves -once the gloves are contaminated discard the gloves. Workers must be washing hands inbetween the use of gloves

Observation: Walls above the 3-compartment wash sinks and opposite back wall -the paint is chipped and parts peeling off

NOTE: this was also cited back in the October 2018 inspection

-Splash guard between the coffee grinder and sink is moldy and the joints cannot be cleaned
Corrective Action(s): Re-paint the walls with an oil-based paint.

Recommend the use of a more durable material such as FRP boards or stainless steel wall panels

NOTE: operator is to verify the walls have been re-painted within 2 weeks

-Replace the splashguard

-Reviewed Manual Wash method with operator: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach >100ppm chlorine residual -test strips available
Reused wiping towels for food contact surfaces maintained in sanitizer buckets when not actively used

General Sanitation good
In-Use Utensils: blenders are manually washed at the 3-compartment sink <4 hours as per operator -rinsed inbetween this period
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests
