Follow-up inspection
-Violations noted on report #ZDER-AWFUNB have been correct except 212 & 314
-Handwashing stations are fully supplied and available to staff
-Handwashing and glove policy reviewed - no concerns noted during inspection
-"ice cream" signage on staff only freezer has been blocked out and replaced by "staff only" sign
-Designated staff only shelf established in back room and hooks installed for staff jackets
-Ceiling panels through out facility has been cleaned
-Sanitizer bottles are labelled "bleach water"
-Containers of soup (retail) have not been labelled - labels have been developed and will be put on frozen retail food products.
-Raw wood has been replaced by smooth, durable, easy to clean material and completed the swing down back door/counter.
