Observation: Lack of sanitizer solution available at back three compartment sink or in front preparation area at 11:30am. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Sanitizer solution prepared during inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure three compartment sink is set up to increase frequency of washing and sanitizing blenders and other equipment. These items are rinsed after each use then need to be properly washed and sanitized after 2 hours.
