- Freezers were - 18 C or colder
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- spray bottle had 200 ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine
- A few flies noted around bar area, pest control is in place continue to work on area around bar
- Sanitation is satisfactory
NOTE: ensure to check sanitizer levels in both dishwasher and glass washer daily.
