A follow-up inspection was completed: - The low temperature dishwasher has [Cl2] of 50ppm during the rinse cycle. The dishwasher is able to wash and sanitize dishes. The dishes no longer require to be manually sanitized. - Old aluminum foil has be removed and new foil placed on surfaces. - Some cleaning done to walls and door handles. More to be done in the coming weeks. **A follow-up inspection to occur on Jan. 30/23 to ensure cleaning has been completed.**
