Routine inspection conducted. Facility not in operation at time of inspection. Facility is in very good sanitary condition. The following observations were made:

1. Temperatures (Max: 4C for coolers; -18C for freezers)
- Stand-up coolers and beverage coolers at 2C
- Stand-up freezer at -18C
- No hot-holding units present on premise
- Cooling units equipped with thermometers

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Handwash station stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- 2-compartment sink used for warewashing (shared sink with handwash station). Operator aware of how to create a 200 ppm sanitizing compartment for manual warewashing
- Domestic dishwasher present for sanitizing at the end of the day
- Spray bottle contains 200 ppm chlorine residual (reminder: 1 teaspoon per litre of water is the correct dilution ratio for a sanitizing bleach solution)
- Coffee machines, cappuccino machines maintained in santiary condition

3. Storage
- All food items are elevated at least 6" off the floor
- Ingredients in coolers present in original containers or covered in tight-fitting lids
- Dry storage area is well organized, goods are stored on overhead shelving
- Facility uses single-use utensils, all stored in sanitary condition inside cabinets

4. Administrative
- Operator has FoodSafe 1
- Permit posted and up-to-date

5. Pests
- No evidence of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Entranceways and shutters securely shut when premise not in operation
