Observation: High temperature dishwasher was being repaired at time of inspection. Operator/staff had already set up two compartment sink with water/soap in one compartment, and bleach/water solution in the other (at 100 ppm chlorine residual).
Corrective Action(s): Until dishwasher is finished being repaired, ensure to use the 3 compartment sink method (since you have 2 compartment sink only, you will need to wash/rinse your dishes with soap and water in one compartment).
