At the inspection, dated October-8-2021, Licensing met with the facility manager.
At the inspection no contraventions were identified. All contraventions noted in the routine inspection have been corrected. No further action is require by Licensing or by the Licensee.
The following items were discussed:
-Ensuring staff ECE certificates are validated every time a new certificate is issued by the registry.
-There is no need to display validations. They may be kept in staff files.
-The intent of the log book was discussed. Although a log book was present at the time of inspection, it appeared that entries were infrequent.
