Comments

- Follow-up inspection conducted.
- Sandwich prep cooler has been serviced and was maintaining an ambient temperature of 2C at time of inspection. Ensure to monitor temperatures on a daily basis, and keep a daily temperature log.
- Pest control technician has not been onsite yet since previous health inspection (April 17th). See violation code 304 above - cleaning had been done after the previous health inspection, however new mouse droppings found. Have your pest control technician onsite immediately for servicing, and email the report to the health inspector.

Ensure the following:
1) Keep all food covered and protected from contamination (i.e., in pest-proof containers)
2) Keep all areas clean and free of food debris/grease/moisture
3) Keep all doors closed
4) Seal any holes/potential pest entry points
5) Continue with regular servicing by your pest control company. Increase to bi-weekly visits if the rodent issue persists.
