Manual warewashing procedures - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry. A mild bleach solution can be made using 1 tablespoon of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 imperial gallon of water. Wares can be immersed in sanitizing solution for 30 seconds after washing and rinsing, and allowed to air dry.
2 standing coolers noted at 4C or below.
