Observation: No staff on-site with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Operator and kitchen staff informed that they took the course roughly 20+ years ago.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one staff must have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification on-site at all times during operations able to present to inspector for validation. Re-take FOODSAFE Level 1 certification as it is only valid for 5 years since the date the course was taken. Corrected by: September 17, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink and 2-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine final rinse temperature.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, front display coolers measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Exhaust hood vents satisfactory. Meat slicer observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and sanitation is satisfactory.
