Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted 4 set of knives were stuck between the wall and the splash guard at the 2 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): This is not a proper tool storage space. Provide a knife rack or a container to store cleaned utensils. Directed to wash and sanitize the knives again.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water bucket was in place; however not in use properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all used wiping cloths to be stored into the bleach water bucket immediately. This is to prevent bacterial growth on the wiping cloth surface.
