Observation: Grease collected on the ceiling light in exhaust hood (film identified to operator), under wheels of rolling racks. Food debris noted on kitchen floor and some inside corners of prep coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure cleaning is done more thoroughly around these areas.

No obvious signs of pest noted at time of inspection (minor fruit flies in bar; manager informed staff to reclean bellini machine as it was not properly cleaned)
Back doors remain closed at time of inspection
Health Permit posted and staffs are Foodsafe certified

Note: Parts have been ordered to repair leak and door hinge at line coolers. Please have these areas repaired asap.
