Observation: - Hand packing of various dry ingredients appear to be occurring in random areas throughout the premises where "space" can be found such as a clear table in storage area or tables temporarily set up beside neighouring warehouse.
Corrective Action(s): Designate areas for packing. These areas must be in areas where food would be protected from contamination. Do not pack among shipping/ receiving areas or among packaging areas. Reorganize packing areas.

Observation: - Doors between warehouse and packing room left open.
- Door curtains at various doorways are missing pieces.
- Spilled dry ingredients and syrups not cleaned up.
Corrective Action(s): - All doors between the warehouse, packing rooms, and storage rooms must be kept closed. Ensure that doorsweeps are properly installed and in good condition. [Date to be corrected by: January 11, 2017]
- Replace door curtains that are broken and/ or missing pieces. [Date to be corrected by: January 11, 2017]
- All spilled dry ingredients and syrups must be cleaned up daily to prevent potential pest attraction. [Date to be corrected by: January 11, 2017]

**Review handwashing practices with all food handlers. The use of alcohol based hand sanitizer and/ or gloves does not replace handwashing.**

- Walk-In Coolers: 4 deg C
- Walk-In Freezer: -34 deg C

- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 71 deg at the dish surface
- Cleaning and Sanitizing procedures for food contact surfaces and equipment reviewed. ZEP Alcosan (Active Ingredient: Isopropanol 70%) used for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Use as per manufacturer's directions.

- Pest Control Services provided by Care 2x/ Month.
- Ensure that ALL areas of the facility are accessible for pest control service.
- Follow-up with service technician to ensure that all issues are followed-up and recommendations are followed.

- Changes have been made in several areas of the facility - new rooms, installation of large equipment, installation of pony walls.
**Provide an accurate floorplan of the entire facility to FH.
