Note: Food safety plan for yogurt submitted and is pending review. - Electrical breakers replaced; dishwasher able to run for multiple cycles. Dishwasher reached 75 degrees C at the plate level during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or higher). - Areas affected by droppings have been cleaned and sanitized since the previous inspection. Pending: - New door handle for walk in cooler has been ordered. Pending delivery and installation. - Holes noted on previous report to be sealed.
