Observation: The floor has accumulated dirt and stains on them, more seen along the base of walls and under equipment, prep tables, and shelves.
Corrective Action(s): A deep cleaning of the floor is needed to remove the dirt and stains. Increase the frequency with which the floors are being deep cleaned and/or scrubbed.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets and spray bottles had strength of 200ppm. Test strips present.
- 3-compartment sink present for manual warewashing. Quats sanitizer used in the 3rd sink for sanitizing.
- Use of disposable gloves being done correctly. Once gloves become contaminated or completion of a task is done...staff discard them, wash their hands and put on a new pair of gloves.
- All food stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good, improvement needed in the mentioned areas. No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present, or staff possess a recognized equivalent certificate.
