Routine Inspection:
- Facility processing chips only.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer and food grade alcohol used for sanitizing food contact surfaces every night.
- Recommend the manager to keep a sanitizer record for quaternary ammonium. Ensure it is tested and recorded daily.
- Any food contact surfaces used for processing raw vegetables must be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
- Allergen control in place.
- Professional pest control company hired for biweekly inspection.
- Ketchall traps in place inside the facility. Bait stations placed outside of the facility.
- Temperature for the cold room was monitored.
- General sanitation around the facility excellent.
- Food product storage satisfactory.
