Follow up inspection: -Under-the-counter cooler below the prep. line had been assessed by a technician according to the Manager. Ice buildup was removed and temperature had been adjusted according to the Manager. -Under-the-counter was at 1.8 degrees C (required: at or below 4 degrees C or 40 degrees F). -Under-the-counter cooler was equipped with a thermometer.
