Observation: Dishes are not being washed and sanitized, only washed and rinsed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure dishes are be being washed, rinsed and sanitized in bleach solution at 100ppm. Sign is now posted above the sink. All surfaces must be sanitized using 100ppm solution as well. There is a spray bottle on site to be used now. Concentration of sink at 100ppm and spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine by the end of the inspection.
