Follow up inspection: -Ceiling area of the walk-in-cooler near the fan covers had been cleaned to remove the previously observed accumulating debris. -An accurate thermometer was available in the walk-in-cooler to monitor its' refrigeration temperature is maintained at 4 degrees C or less. -Non-food storage shelving unit in the store had been cleaned and sanitized to remove the rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for signs of recent pest activity and your pest control measures. If you have any questions, contact the Environmental Health Officer. Signature is not required due to COVID-19.
