- High temp dishwasher achieved >71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units measured at or below 4C

ATTENTION:
It was noted during inspection that staff were using vinegar water in conjunction with QUAT sanitizer. Please note that vinegar water is not an approved sanitizer for use in Food Service Establishment. Please use QUAT sanitizer to sanitize all food contact surfaces.
