Facility is not in operation this year at time of visit. No garbage stored inside or outside. No pests at the time of inspection. Please ensure contact with Health Protection Office is made before opening for the season. Please update contact information, emergency contact info. Update contracts with users, contractors and leasees to include responsibilities for cleaning and chemical supplies. Ensure that all coolers have working thermometers and that you turn these on at least 12-24hrs before use. Ensure all persons serving food to the public have their Food Safe Certificate. Temporary events serving hot foods for immediate consumption: Organizers should apply for a Temporary Food Application and submit these to the Health Office at least 7 days in advance of the event.
