- Display cooler at 9C. No potentially hazardous food items were stored inside. Operator stated this cooler will be removed from the premise.
- Chest and stand-up freezer at -18C or less.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available in spray bottles.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 74C at the plate level.
- Dry food products stored off the ground.
- No pest activities observed.
- Permit was posted at a conspicuous place.
